RetroShift

An Asteroids inspired game made for the 2023 Warwick Game Jam under the theme "Retro" in which you play as a ship in the vast emptiness of space under attack by enemy ships of various shapes. Dodge bullets and destroy enemies, but watch out! Every so often, reality will shift, changing the visual state of the game as well as your weapon and enemy movement.

Controls: W - Move up, A - Move Left, S - Move Down, D - Move Right

Left Click - Shoot towards mouse

For new players, normal mode is suggested, but after a few games hard mode is the most fun and has the most features. Gaming beginners may prefer the easy mode.
